Last week we announced our book, something we’ve been working on in relative secrecy for over a year and a half. We couldn’t be more excited to finally be able to talk about it (and, on May 15, launch it to the world), so between then and now we want to give you a few more details about it.

What to Expect

The book, unlike the website, isn’t just a collection of interviews, but rather an inspiring instruction manual on how to improve different elements of your morning routine, including morning productivity, morning workouts, and even how you can add unintimidating self-care rituals to your morning. (We also look in detail at how improving your evening routine and the quality of your sleep can have a huge impact on getting the most out of your morning.)

Each of the book’s ten chapters contain five to nine interviews with everyone from retired U.S. Army four-star General Stanley McChrystal, to the president of Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios, Ed Catmull, to the life-changing tidying-upper herself, Japanese organising consultant Marie Kondo, followed by our takeaways from that chapter, including a wide range of tips and suggestions to try out in your own routine.

My Morning Routine: How Successful People Start Every Day Inspired is a book for everyone, even if you’re not a morning person, you’re a parent of young kids, or you have a demanding full-time job.
